What’s the process like?
The patient gets a scan done, and at Colina Clinic we introduce scan’s data into software that offers us a jaw’s 3D context. Through this software, we virtually plan and place the implants. This information is sent to a lab in Sweden, where they will create a high precision guide using that data.
Using this guide, we’re able to place the implants in the exact same position we’ve planned, and best of all, without opening up the gum. What’s more, thanks to this high precision guide, we can have teeth ready before placing implants, that way we can place implants and teeth without opening up the gums in less than an hour, and so without suffering pain, bruising or swelling.
This treatment is perfect for busy people, as this technique requires less visiting time to the clinic, without interfering in their personal or professional life.
